SWTOR Cartel Coins not appearing in Cartel Coin Balance

I just purchased 2400 cartel coins in Star Wars the Old Republic and I still haven't received them. Is there a reason for this?

If you are a subscriber, CS has recommended for you to create an ingame ticket, otherwise send an email to support@swtor.com and detail the missing coins
