Sad to say, but before the launch of KOTFE BW offered character transfers at a ridiculously low rate. I think it was 90 CC per transfer. The idea was to help folks just like yourself. Thing is, it was a limited time offer and it has since expired. Your best bet is to keep playing and watch/hope for another Character Transfer Sale. I wish you the best of luck.
