EA QV Team@Sydneyferr Just chiming in to clarify that for monthly coin grants (subscription, security key, referral, etc.) and internal promos and competitions, whatever coins will automatically apply to your account without the need to "claim" them separately.
If it's an external competition or promo (Twitch, Amazon, etc.), these usually require code redemption to claim.
