SWTOR Declaration of War bug

I have played this game for a couple of years and I never had a problem with it. Except I have a Sith Warrior character that is on the Declaration of war quest and when it says check ships holoterminal, all i get is one of the servants just standing there saying nothing. I need some help so I can move on to the next quest!
