Hello,
thanks for your fast reaction to my post.
I've done the DXDialog analysis see attachment.
Actual there is only one way for me to start the game. This works not every time.
Here are the steps for my workaround:
- starting launcher but don't hit the playing button
- then go to installation dir of swtor
- open launcher.settings via notepad
- waiting for the next minute
- save the launcher.settings to get an actual timestamp
- hitting playing button
Sometimes the game starts after these steps. I'm looking for my system time, but system-time and time-zone are ok.
This workaround is not very reliable.
Further I have a look at the clients logs. I've attached these logs too:
- ...swtor_not_starting from yesterday
- ...swtor_starting from yesterday after using the workaround with launcher.settings
After that I've checked my Norton-Firewall again. The firewall access the launcher and the swtor.exe. If I delete the access for swtor.exe in my firewall, Norton adds the access for swtor.exe automaticallly if I'm able to start the game.
Please contact me if you need more information. Thank you very much for help,
Best regards.

Hello @proxos666 ,
I have installed the Citrix Workspace app for homeoffice in corona times.
But the app is not in autorun or started in another way yet.
I've located the service in the windows 10 service list, please have a look at the attached screenshot.
Is the service itself a problem although the service is not running?
Many thanks.
