I'm having the same issue. I can put my email address in to my hearts content but nothing happens. I've checked and received emails from EA/Origin as I doubled checked my linked accounts. So the issue is somewhere on the SWOTR server side. Let us know if you see anything in the help sections. So far I've seen no good answer or someone to contact to fix this.
