I found away to fix it so it's all good now, I put my original email and phone number in the basic information for my account and it worked. Thanks anyway.
If you have tried an email NEVER associated with an EA Origin or Swtor account before and it doesn't resolve you will need to call CS (Link to Numbers) to sort investigate and assist getting this resolved.
Most cases I have looked at the email address was already used elsewhere with EA and it caused a conflict in the system and doesn't work.

@MaAzZe I'm still not sure if you're getting the Invalid URL error if you're not getting the emails at all. Can you confirm which issue you have?
@Kallog200 First, delete all previous email change request emails you have. Then, request a new one, and when you receive the email, wait about 10min before clicking the link/button to confirm.
@auburnimp Can you try using a brand new or previously unused email address when validating?
This also applies to all in this thread: If you have a Gmail account, you can try googlemail.com instead of gmail.com which will still be your own address. You can also add/remove dots in your email: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7436150?hl=en
i have trying all what you says and nothing happend at all.. so i really dont understand it.. i have allso try with my wifes email.. and she got no respons at all.. and she have NO EA account ☹️
and i have try 2 delete my email and use another and so on.. and try a another email and still i get no respons at all to validate my email

Can you not give us a quick call so we can assist you? If not, can you try creating a brand new email address (gmail/hotmail/yahoo) and try to change it to that one? Once it's changed, you can change it back if you want.
