One time password required

It’s pretty frustrating, I spent lots of money on this game for several years and now I can’t even play it. I had most of the game unlocked and now… @&:/***%#*

Same problem today. Yesterday all the messages arrived literally 10 seconds after sending a one-time-password request. Now after 5 requests I recieved no one messages... Same on swtor.com Cannot login account

Do something please, i cannot change email becuase the forum acc have same problem. Cannot recieve these stupids one-time-passwords, cannot login, cannot play, cannot get access to account preferences

Same here! New hardware, and no email with the one time code!
SWTOR has the same email as my active an funktioning EA account, but still no one time code email!

The only thing I can recommend would be to call them per the link above to change the email on file if you cannot log in.  I've been using a Gmail account for years and haven't had any issues with receiving the one time email.  Once you are logged in you can then use for example Google Authenticator to add an authenticator to your account to bypass having to receive an email with a one-time password as it will use the rotating code on there instead which is what I did for added security and also the free 100 cartel coins a month.

We should not have to call. We should be able to email them. Cause I can not get into my account to remove the security key cause I have the old one still attached and no email is coming for the code to help remove it.

Calling is for security purposes.  Email is not a secure way to verify an account or reset a password.
