Swtor Forgot my Password and dont have acess to my security key.

triying to enter after a long time to my account, i forgot the password and i cant restore because i dont have the security key nor a serial number to restore it because that phone got stolen, and no...

is there anyway i could message that number instead of calling then? my english is horrid and so is my accent, if i can avoid talking the better if not guess i dont have an option

only thing i can suggest is someone can talk on your behalf (if they can talk English better then you) as long as you are their to provide the answers to questions to prove account ownership
