SWTOR freezes in-game

I have just returned to SWTOR after a couple of months away.  The game loads fine, but when I try to enter the instance for Chapter 9 The Alliance, it plays 1 or 2 seconds of the cut scene and then freezes.  I have to restart my computer to get out of the freeze.

    Lets start with the basics

I presume you have chosen not to update to creator edition (just wanted to check as the diag is showing windows update errors)

Run a game repair per below

Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.

Streaming launcher (Default) - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

There will be a newer intel driver available and can be found through this link although I recommend you disable the intel video card, also it appears you have the monitor connected to the intel video card via the motherboard instead of directly to the nvidia video card.

Ideally the monitor should be connected to 9 or 10 indicated on the below image

Edit - there is also a newer nvidia driver at this link
