SWTOR game and website account has been temporarily disabled

 

Hello guys!

Had some problems with the subscription(i would not let me set up any...tried several cards of mine ... all working fine except for swtor...even tried with a paypal account with no success) and this moring i get the `...log in access to your Star Wars: The Old Republic game and website account has been temporarily disabled` message even though i added a security key yesterday.

I tried all the telephone numbers in the email to follow the steps to enable my account but no support is available and that ``suport @ swtor`` email is a joke...i tried sending a mail to solve my subscription problem 1 week ago and still no reply.

What do i have to do in this situation?

    @Rhaad 

    If your account has been disabled, it sounds like it may have been suspended or banned for some reason.  Currently as per this link here, response time for support@swtor.com is around 6 days and may be more since that was from 2 days ago.

    Alternatively, if your account is suspended or banned, you can also email swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com with your Display Name, Email on your account and they can look into that specific issue for you.
