SWTOR in Game Random Freezing

Morning,

While playing SWTOR ever since the Knights of the Fallen Empire release, the game has begun freezing randomly.  By freezing I mean that only the game becomes "non responsive" and I need to force close "punny".  The crash or freeze has no impact on my system whatsoever and does not require a reboot.  Once I force quit SWTOR, I relaunch and am fine until the next incident.  I have attempted a clean boot, re-installed SWTOR, rolled back drivers, installed different GPUs and similar yet the problem remains.  I have also gone as far as eliminating the streaming launcher client which actually made life worse.  Attached is my DxDiag file for reference.  My system nor SWTOR show any crashes or incidents to help pinpoint an issue.  

Issue only occurs in SWTOR.  Currently play CIV5, Skyrim, Sims, Guild Wars 2, Total War and no issues with High/Ultra settings across the board.

System Basics:

Alienware Area 51 R2

12 Core I7 5930K @3.50GHz

Triple GeForce GTX 980 SLI (Driver Version 361.43)

32GB GSkill Ripjaw 4, 288pin 2133MHz

Win 10 PRO

    @proxos666

    Thanks for the quick response!

    My NVIDIA driver is already in Debug mode, actually cant turn it off but thats another issue.

    I will change the grass setting and see how that goes.  Since I didn't have the issue on Nar Shaddaa or Tatooine, maybe there is something to your recommendation!

    @arowlett

    The diag is reporting corruption as well, I doubt this is related to the freeze issue and is likely in the index catalog

    Problem signature:

    P1: Corruption

    P2: 0xc0041801

    open a command prompt as administrator when you get a chance and type

    sfc /scannow

    and let it do a scan

    CBS is only handy to try to repair one file at a time, trust me do not want to go down that path

    open the command prompt again (or powershell) and see if this command works

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

     Seems it does occur with win 10 see here

    maybe easier to do a inplace repair if your up for it , see here

    Edit - mind if there is no apparent issue maybe leave it all together

    @proxos666

    Since the corruption is surrounding the Windows Remote Client, I am not to concerned.  Plus, since I did a download upgrade from WIN8.1 to WIN10, I dont have an ISO image to do the repair.

    Good news is so far no crashes in SWTOR with the grass setting change.  I assume this sticky issue has been communicated to NVIDIA / SWTOR?

    ISO images are available from MS if you want to have one as a backup

    edit - iso here  (need to use the media creation tool)

    In regards to the freeze issue, thread here on GeForce forums regarding it

    I was able to complete Alderan with no further in game freezing.  I believe the grass setting was the culprit.
