do you have more the one active chapter in your mission list ? like a chapter 1 if you do finish the chapter 1 mission and then reset the chapter 3 mission
having more then one active chapter can result in the companion not turning up
i had chapter 1 in the quest log while i was doing the chapter 3 the first time, after i finished chapter 3 i saw that lana is supposed to be a companion in a guide, so i replayed chapter 1 and tried to do chapter 3 again, but lana is not appearing still (maybe is because i already have hk55 and koth)
so my quest log now only has chapter 3
With chapter 3 as the only quest in the log, go to the fleet, try to right click character portrait and choose reset all instances. If that doesn't work can you abandon chapter 3 and then collect it again?
yes, i did that multiple times, it seems there's no way to fix this, im waiting for a response from customer service but it seems im gonna wait a lot
