Given it appears ok in safe mode, Take the system to a clean boot per this link does the launcher appear ok at that point ?
If it does follow the directions in the link to narrow down what is causing this
Yes, i can open it in safe mode but the patching won't occur it just says 0% installing downloading for 1 hour before i shut it down last night
take the system to a clean boot mentioned previously (not safe mode) but leave the service called bitraider mini support service stub loader enabled and running
does the launcher Behave
getting an error unable to load the application configuration and i did what you suggested thus far, i'm just not getting it lol. i'm actually thinking to just restore compturter to factory defaults to see if that fixes my problems. I dout it but never know right.
That launcher repair utility I posted at the start may solve the application configuration issue ?
Are you having any other issues apart from the launcher appearing ?
Restoring to factory defaults isnt the best way forward , rather then lose everything , if you want to try a nuke approach then a repair install per links below is best
