Swtor launcher.exe not opening??
Hello fellow gamer's i have a problem regarding Swtor launcher.exe.. For 3 days now it's been all crazy i can open it fine in safe mode with networking but as soon as i restart normally it will not ...

Try the updated video driver just in case there is some funky issue , other then that ....

if you got to the point of the game launching then I would say you need the below checked, but your not getting that far
In your case the Refreshrate will need to be set at 30 instead of 60 as pasted below
Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time
Copy the following in to the text box and press ok
%localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settings
Open the client_settings.ini file in notepad and ensure the following are displayed within
Fullscreen = false D3DFullScreen = false RefreshRate = 60
Check NativeHeight, NativeWidth, Height and Width ( all 4 ) match your monitor resolution.
Save and close the file.
Start the game as normal.
Change graphic settings within the game as desired.
