Swtor launcher fully downloaded but game stuck in quick play mode

I completely downloaded the game and I can click play button. When I do, it goes to character selection screen and shows that the game is in quick play mode on 0.00% and that percentage doesn't chang...

Does not work, I even changed the text in the launcher.settings to disable bitraider, then deleted the bitraider folder, restarted coputer, restarted the game and STILL I am stuck at 0% WTF
