SWTOR Launcher stuck on initializing screen

Its been a while so i thought that must be the problemo so i uninstall the game and then install it back i log back in and it still stuck on initializing download so i had it on from this after till ...

    Also given this is a new install, if need switch patch methods per this link if the other guide doesnt help.

Thx i already did the second guide just waiting for it to finish the download now hopefully it works
