SWTOR Launcher wont install

Hello there.

I installed and player SWTOR like a year ago. 

I uninstalled it and now i wanted to start again.

So i downloaded the Launcher Setup and clicked on "run as an Admin" a instal window opened and the loading bar ran to nearly 50 and the window closed again. 

Nothing happened.... No Launcher was installed, no error or something else. so i tried it again and again and again. I tried it as an Adminn in compactibily mode, without firewall, uninstal everything SWTOR related, loaded new setup data and so on. I have NO further Ideas. i want to play the game before new years eve -.- i am pretty sad because i want my new jedi with yellow lightsabers.
