SWTOR Lost my storyline mission

    You can try sending an e-mail to support @ swtor.com but make sure to send it from the e-mail address that is registered with your account, and hope for the best. If this doesn't work, you need to subscribe to get this fixed since they only help paying customers.

You will have to write an in-game ticket to Customer Support so they can restore the quest for you. This only works if you are a subscriber.

Create an in-game ticket, make sure you select the Quest/Mission category (not the Bug Reports category), and provide as much details as possible, including your character name, your server name and the quest that is missing. Then Customer Support can manually grant you the quest but this may take a few weeks.
