SWTOR Master's Datacron Items Unusable
When I used the level 70 boost everything worked as needed. But when I opened the gear items I am not able to place them on my character because of "Requires Artifact Equipment Authorization". Given I paid money for the items should I be allowed to equip these items without paying more money? Could I get a refund or have items replaced?

You either have to be a sub or purchase the artifact equipment authorization in order to use artifact quality equipment, the Master's Datacron didn't say that requirement would be circumvented. I recommend to simply purchase the authorization for the boosted character and call it a day. Other than that your only other course of action is to contact customer support to see what, if anything, they are able to do.
