SWTOR Master's Datacron Lost

Accidentally deleted a character i had purchased a master's Datacron on with out retrieving it, any suggestion for how to get a refund for my cartel coins? I'm not a sub so I cant even get in touch w...

    I made sure you now got the cartel coins back. Please remember to claim or refund an item before deleting a character.

I opened the master datacron for the promotion to lvl 70 and it didn’t work, still lvl 31 don’t know why it didn’t work, any way to help?

what kind of promotion? I am not aware we gave away a master datacron in any recent promition. it sounds more like you used an outlander token, which allows you to create a new character to level 60/65

    The item text refers to it as a "promotion to level 70".... not a sales promotion.
