SW:TOR No Authenticator

Question

Hello,I played SW:TOR on release for 6-8 months years ago. Since then I have lost the authenticator that was attached to the account. I was wondering if there is a way to recover that account. I would like to have my old characters and experience the new content.Thank you,Jessie

if you dont know the account password you need to call swtor support to remove the key
