SWTOR: Missing Racial Unlock

Question

I have recently come back to the game and I have been fighting through the frustrations of changes after changes. One of them being that I am missing races I had previously unlocked. In this specific case, Twi'lek. Which makes no since considering I am currently on a Twi'lek I have already made... Theeia, Jedi Sentinel, level 28, Bastion Server. This isn't the first occasion where I know I am missing content I had previously purchased via Cartel Market. What is going on??

Submit an email to support@swtor.com and detail swtor username, and detail the issue

if this was purchased previously see if you can locate/include a screenshot in the email of the previous purchase for them to know where it is exactly to confirm the purchase.
