SWTOR OTP & log in error (username: imperadraconis)
Hello EA & SWTOR, I would like to inform u that I can't log in to my SWTOR account since few weeks ago. Can u please help me? I already tried to log in several times with my correct username & password, but the page keep asking me for my OTP. I don't receive any single OTP in my email so I can't log in till now. My username is imperadraconis. I also tried to click "forget password" (perhaps I could use another way to log in) but unfortunately I still don't receive any inbox in my email regarding change password or any OTP. I'm afraid my email got hacked without my knowing / notice, which makes me can't receive any notification & any email from SWTOR regarding my game account. It says the change password or OTP link has been sent to my email but I receive nothing until now. Can u please check whether my SWTOR account email still same or not? Perhaps u can manually help me in recovering my email (so I can update my email & new password) or u can help me to log in to my account with your guidance. This happened since few weeks ago while I was trying to log into my account. I still use the Steam & normal SWTOR log in method. I was a subscriber & currently I stop my subs for while.

Really sorry to hear you're having issues getting logged in.
Sadly we can't help with account issues on the forum for a number of reasons including account security for that you need to get in touch with SWTOR support direclty and they'll be able to look into this for you.-

Get in touch with SWTOR support, they should be able to look into this with you and figure out what needs to be done to get you back up and running and into the game.
