SW:TOR payment problem, missing money

that error is normally either a swtor block or a bank block 

what is the swtor username and will flag with CS when they come online in around 12 hrs for feedback as to what occurred and way forward

My stwor name is: Bielawskii

why i could get any of this block?

and why i did not get any mail or information about this?

will i get money back

you need to login and reset the password on the EA account that has the personna bielawski15 that account uses the same onet.pl email address as on your swtor account

once that is done swtor purchasing will work again, recommend using incognito mode on chrome or a different web browser to be sure local cache doesnt interfere. 

Swtor are refunding the purchases already made so they will return over the next week

I am waiting for an hour to get the email with password reset.

Would this work if i change email adress attached to my swtor account instead.

Cause somehow i cannot login to my ea account nor receive password reset mail.

Hello.

I have another account on ea but i cannot login.

I know the ID and e mail adress but when i try to send password reset mail nothing will show up.

I tried for about 20 hours and still nothing however when I tried to change password on this account it is no problem.

What should i do to acces another account.

I was trying to pay for sub but i didnt get it and was charged.

This showed up to me:

"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}"

I made 1 topic about it and @proxos666  said that i should change password on EA account.

I cannot acces that accound and i cant change password cause i wont get any e mail.

I know e mail adress and accound ID but that does not help me.

What should i do to pay for sub now.

ANY suggestions?
