SWTOR Play Button Dose Nothing At All (2016)

Hey everyone i have had this problem for around 2 weeks....

I start the launcher and it verifies and so on then the Play button go's Gold.... I hit play but nothing happens... I have Tryed running it in all compatibility options from Windows 8 to Windows Service packs all of them i could....

I have downloaded your Launcher Fixer and ran it... Tryed to hit the play buttion and nothing happens... the launcher Closes and that's it

I have Re-installed the game 4 times i Wiped out all data....

I have also talked to a support agent but they could not fix this....

All my Drivers are up to date....

I have Uninstalled and disabled all antivirus just to make sure that wasent it and still the same thing...

I have also ran in safe Mode with networking and still no luck...

Im running Windows 10

This all started after i did a clean wipe on my PC - I deleted and formatted all my drives and re installed all games... Dose anyone know what Programs you need to make this work ? i have bit raider what els do i need ? Like Punk Buster sorta like that....

I7-4700MQ - 4th gen

2tb HDD

GTX 765m

i have a few lv.50 siths i really wana start playing again but i don't know what to do...
