Swtor Profit and Plunder Sends Me to Fleet

I am currently playing swtor Knights of the fallen empire, however i click launch new chapter of Knights of the fallen empire Profit and Plunder it sends me to fleet instead of starting the chapter.

Right click your character portrait and select reset all active phases , does that help ?
