SWTOR Section X

So I purchased section X a long time ago and still have items and go unit but it refuses to let me travel there again until I purchase it again. Any idea how I can get it to work? Do I need to redownload the area?

    @okayarmyman69

    You may have purchased the character unlock and not the account unlock.  All unlocks have a character version and an account version.

    If you look into your account at swtor.com and go to the cartel coins section you can look at your ledger to see if it shows the unlock you purchased.

    I made the account purchase. I have the hk unit companion on one account, then I have dread master helmet on the other character from dreadtooth. This is driving me nutz.

    @okayarmyman69 You bought the Section X unlock on two characters, one in 2013 and a second in 2016 on a different character, neither were account-wide. If you check your Assassin and highest Sorc they'll be able to access the area.
