Log in with your account at swtor.com and go into your account management. In the menu at the left you should see Security Key, click it. Alternatively, here's the direct link: https://account.swtor.com/user/security-key

On the page you should see buttons for setting up a new mobile/physical key, click it and follow the instructions on your screen. This will guide you through the setup process and it will also tell you the required codes that need to be entered into the app. Please note that mobile security keys are currently only available to subscribers, however there are no restrictions for physical security keys.
