SWTOR Server connection issues

I have been trying to get into the SWTOR servers for the past four days now and I haven't been able to connect to any of them. I have tried flushing my DNS, re-downloading the game several times, deleted the BitRaider file several times, deleted the DickCahceArena several times as well, allowed the launchers through the firewalls in my computer and router/modem. Nothing that I have found thus has worked so I'm asking you folks out there for any help you may be able to give me. The following image is what I get every time I try to connect to any server.

    What location are you just for reference, it very well maybe a net isssue

    have you tried a VPN to see if the issue persists or tether that system to your mobile phone and use the mobile internet rather then the home internet.

    I am north of Chicago in the US, and I haven't been able to get the tether to work either.

    Update to this, I am still having the problems with getting into the servers and it has been two weeks as of the last post

    @Manda3234

    What antivirus are you using ? ensure both launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in the exception lists

    also try under a clean boot per this link if using streaming (bitraider) you need to leave all bitraider services enabled with the clean boot.
