SWTOR server lag

hello people of ea HQ 

i am really starting to get annoying with the STAR FORGE server in North America.

So can you please fix this because i just start the game and it just kicked me out, and don't ask me if i have good Wi-Fi, because i have enough Wi-Fi, i use my 4G from my phone. So maybe you can find out what the problem is.
