Cannot login to my account
Hi,
I've been playing on and off for 13 years.
I came back to the game a few weeks ago linking my account to steam.
Yesterday I've played a few hours with no problem.
Today I cannot login.
I have the right account, right password and the security key.
Everything works great for weeks.
Now since this morning I cannot login.
I tried on my laptop; same problem.
I tried on an other internet connection; same problem.
"Please confirm your login information" ; My information work fine yesterday, nothing has change on my end.
I can connect with my account and password on the swtor website; that confirm I have the right account name/password.
Please help me.

Apparently this is a know issues, the SWTOR sometime need to "re-sync" or whatever.
On the SWTOR website click "Forgot Password", and reset it. This forces the accounts to re-sync and now I can connect again with no issue.
I can't stress this enough, my old password was the right one and it connected on the swtor website with no problem. You really need to make a new one for whatever reason and it "re-sync" the account. The connection via the client on Steam is now working fine.
I'm not entirely sure what cause this problem, I just know that resetting the password did the trick.
My problem is now solve.
