SWTOR Server List Empty (Error 4001)

Can you look at the compatibility tab for the game shortcut , launcher.exe and swtor.exe and confirm on all 3 there is no compatibility mode selected , if there is remove it.

    Yep, no compatibility mode on any of those. Also running them as administrator. Still have the problem.

    Went ahead and switched to the non-streaming launcher, but no effect. Also ran a tracert to gamepad.swtor.com, attached the results.

      @Morecil

      I think you will need to talk to the edu admin it is likely a firewall issue and is a common issue on educational networks , you need the ports listed below definitely 

      TCP 80, 8995, 12000-12999, 20000-30000
