SWTOR site cant purchase coins or subscription

I logged into the swtor site when I click on the buy now for subscriptions or cartel coins, it shows the following message: "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely hig...

    @CraZii-CLuTz 

    You have another EA /origin account with the persona xxfatality2112xx that uses a hotmail email , that account needs a password reset to restore purchasing in that swtor account.

    This needs to occur before support can help with the purchase you made

if you contact ea support they will direct you to swtor support

unfortunately I cannot resolve steam purchases that needs to be by emailing the proof of purchase or calling support, i can help with purchases from swtor.com

sending from a different email domain like gmail is a good idea , be sure to include the swtor username too
