Seems you have another EA / Origin account with the persona alval211 it uses a different email to your swtor account but the same domain , that EA account needs a password reset to restore purchasing in swtor
that account is no longer valid as i only use the email address of [edit: email address removed] for any and all transactions for ea/swtor. i can give you whatever info that account has but i dont have access to that old email anymore
give swtor support a call and see if they can update the email on that EA account for you , as that swtor account needs that EA account to purchase
gave support a call was able to reset password for other account and still same error
