give swtor support a call and see if they can update the email on that EA account for you , as that swtor account needs that EA account to purchase
gave support a call was able to reset password for other account and still same error
I'll ask if account is ok when support come online, have you tried incognito mode with chrome, it is possible the browser cache/cookies is what you are seeing now
Support can see you subbed ok now any further issues ?
