swtor site down to sub ??

account was working fine 6 hours ago went to log on, said i went from sub to non sub which shouldnt be correct, tried logging onto website to fix issue and get this error messege from website as in s...

Try with incognito mode on chrome can be a browser cache issue , will check if account is ok too
