you will need the steam id screenshot and the purchase history screenshots as minimum from the buyer as seen in the sticky
will see what support say regarding the gift screen you have posted on here
check your email , support have sent an email with what else they need to get this sorted for you

replied with 9 screenshots, it lacks the mail that sais i accepted the gift because i never received that mail.

Initially Ale****** sent me a new reply asking me to send 2 screenshots which i had already sent in the previous mail that he had obviously already read.
so i sent them again with much confusion in my reply. (he clearly hadn't looked at any of the 9 screenshots)
a minute later... a different CSR sent me a mail with the solution resolved. (probably as i was typing my reply to Mr A)
I'm not sure why the semi-concious one ignored the 9 screenies but i'm very glad that Ka**** (the latter) made the effort required.
You're a hero to the community, there's no doubt about that.
I understand that it's merely a duty but it shouldn't be just you. Thank you for your assistance.
