To fix the account for future purchases
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona playerb86uv1ew (not OgiBg011 your posting with) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
as to the steam email was that sent from the swtor email ? seems the ycant find an email from , so maybe resend from the swtor email firstup
edit - otherwise if you call swtor support when the lines open request to upload the screens to a ticket whilst on the phone
seems to me - my money is vasted.
i sent again mail to [edit: email address removed]. with screenshots, got replay from steam support where they think mail in swtor acc is problem, tryed to change that mail, but it wont foe some reason- so basicly i lost my money. not worth of headache - and hope they will remove that product from steam cause people are unhappy with, well basicly scam, negative reviews talks much-sadly i didnt read them before purchase.

Did you follow the directions in my previous post ? that EA account needing a password reset is why the steam purchase didnt work
