Swtor STEAM subscription not working
Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account). SWTOR...

Did you follow the directions in my previous post ? that EA account needing a password reset is why the steam purchase didnt work

yes, i did it and got answer from support, and they said same- and that they will sent reset code to my hotmail adress- but no mail- so i loged in and also followed youre instructions from hotmail adress and reset there.

I have flagged to check that account when support come online in 6 hrs
yes i did, just told you i reseted from hotmail also, think that causes issue/ gmail adress that i am using now , and old hotmail adress which i used to create swotor account years ago
The swtor and linked EA accounts can now have separate emails and passwords per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked
But given the EA account was disabled needing a password reset this stops all purchasing on the linked swtor account until it is reset.

Linked steam account is SDL.kinsomniaLTo fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not kinsonia your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Also when i checked they could not see an email from the email address you have attached to your swtor account , try resending firstup and let me know and i check if it arrives ok
