Hi, I also have a problem with my swtor subscription i bought it for two months via steam but my accounts was not liked so i linked them and bought another month of subsription to have easier way to contact support and it worked so i wrote to support via swtor game to ask if the 60 days subsription can be added but I was told that i need to contact support in other way so i tried calling but it didn't work so after a month i changed subscription to 180 days and money was taken but no subscription was added so I'm wrting here is there anythiong that could be done in this matter?
what is the swtor username ? I need this to find your account

can check the account and if the emails arrived ok in about 7 hrs

Yes had support worked out the account was rafalequ , there have however been no emails from the swtor email received by them
So you should of received an email from support with some directions to follow
essentially if you log into help.ea.com there is a ticket created for you to upload the screenshots

Hey, my subscription through Steam also isn't working. I sent an email with the screenshots and they responded the same day, I reset my password, but haven't heard from them for 3 days. Usually I'd patient about these sorts of things, but the clock on my subscription is ticking, so I'm wondering if they are going to resolve this any time soon?

I have made an email about, received the 500cc from the subscription, but I didn't get any gametime ingame, you know what problem it is?

Just Subscribed via Steam again and sadly same as before Game time not reflecting at all.
I did email support again but since its the second time this is happening I thought I post here as well.

You need to call swtor support when the lines are open , to fix an account issue
when you call have the screenshots ready and ask to upload them to a ticket whilst on the phone
