Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account).  SWTOR...

 i can confirm they have your email in about 7hrs when they are online for the day

But now its working I got the emails from stwor and Im trying it now.
