To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona oosumei (not sir_nikkopen your posting on now) that EA account uses the same gmail email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
When i checked they had no email from the swtor account email , try resending firstup , ensure it is under 4mb , let me know when sent and i can check if they see it
Thanks for that @proxos666 , I can now purchase subs via the swtor.com website now.
In regards to my steam purchase, I have sent the email again, they both total 590kb in size, so its not a size issue.

Hi, I got SWTOR Yesterday and added a 30 day Subscription (from Steam) as soon as I bought it.
I have already sent email and had replies requesting screenshots.
I sent the screenshots off straight away and have not had a response yet.

Hello! I've recently bought a subscription to steam and I'm having the same issue, the status still hasn't changed. I've sent the necessary screenshots to support from my SWTOR email address. Just to be clear it is not the EA account your posting on now albeit they have almost identical personasuse the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

As to the email none is seen yet , so resend from the swtor email initially and be sure the attachments are under 4mb , let mek now when sent and i can check if they see it

I'm writing you from my gmail account now as I've changed the password! I do have several accounts, maybe that's the issue. Anyway, I've changed the password and resent the screenshots from my SWTOR email. The thing is that I changed my SWTOR email some time ago. Maybe I should resend it once more from my initial email? I will flag to check the account is active now , (if so purchases on swtor.com will now be ok) , and I will ask if they see your steam email , I am going now (12:43am here) so will be tomorrow before i can respond.

Seems you sent the screenshot of the steam ID twice , can you email the purchase history screenshot to support
let me know when done and can check it arrived ok

was that using the email on the swtor account , nothing is seen i'm afraid
Log into help.ea.com on g00gen0te ( the account you had to reset the password ) there is a case 103609162 there to upload the screenshot too
let me know when done and i can followup further for you

I've uploaded the screenshot directly via the case. It is strange, though, 'cause I certainly resent the correct screenshot for the second time.

Yeah, I've got email from support team about it. I've attached the necessary screenshots to the case.

game time has been added , you should be good now , dont forget to cancel the subscription steam if it is still active , it can be repurchased after the gametime ends
