Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account).  SWTOR...

no email arrived , login to help.ea.com on the Oosumei account and you will find case 103514809 upload the screenshots to that case and let me know when done

    No email is seen at this point 

    resend using the email address you have on the swtor account , and be sure the attachments are under 4mb , let me know when resent and i can check if it arrives ok
