Yeah, I accidentally did that when I resent the letter. I sent them my purchase history, but they haven't answered so far.

was that using the email on the swtor account , nothing is seen i'm afraid
Log into help.ea.com on g00gen0te ( the account you had to reset the password ) there is a case 103609162 there to upload the screenshot too
let me know when done and i can followup further for you

I've uploaded the screenshot directly via the case. It is strange, though, 'cause I certainly resent the correct screenshot for the second time.
Edit: by the way, should I press any button after attaching the screenshot?
