Swtor STEAM subscription not working

I have sent another email to them from my yahoo account which is the one used for my SWTOR account. It has been over 12 hours now and still nothing.
i've sent a mail to support on thursday, nothing so far. even reached out on twitter. did switch email address today and did it again from new mail, i REALLY hope they'll finally get it done now
Seriously? Did you send an email Thursday and still haven't subscribed? Dude... the delay of this solution is too big.

What twitter account?nvm, sent email on wednesday xD tweeted @swtor on friday (two days after my initial mail went out) and got no reply there either. my twitter is tiny__josh, so one underscore more than my username here :D my steam name's the same as here and twitter's displayed as tiny_josh as well
in fairness, the mail i sent it from said googlemail instead of gmail since i couldnt change that for whatever reason, but i said in my mail that it shouldnt matter since it's literally the same address so idk
