Support have your email in the queue for an agent , however the below will need to be done before gametime can be added
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona rejnmen (not rejnftw your posting on now) that EA account uses a Gmail email (different gmail email from swtor)
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know when done and i can recheck ticket is still in the queue
Hi and thanks for the response!
I have changed the password on account Rejnmen. Please confirm if everything is ok now.
Thanks again!

So, this EA account I am using now (rejnftw) is using the same gmail address as my swtor account (Rejnmen). I am sure it is visible for EA support and they can verify this easily. I can't login here and post as Rejnmen because of that (not a separate EA account).
I might be only able to change my ID on this account to Rejnmen. - 3 years ago

Ok the linked ea account is good now , so purchasing will work now on that swtor account
you just need to wait now for the agent to get to your email in the queue to add the gametime
to pre-empt things you will need to cancel the swtor subscription in the steam account , it can be repurchased on steam once the gametime ends

Hi I am having the same issue as everyone else, purchased subscription via steam yesterday, sent an email using the same Gmail account with the 3 screenshots of the steam account page just looking to see if there is anything you can do or have this looked into for me.
Account name: Rikazz
Thanks
