Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Support asked if you can call them when the phone lines open to resolve an account issue , they also could not see an email from you when checked the account 

have the screenshots ready with you when you call support

Hey, i also bought a subscription on Steam (two Days ago), but its not active in game.
Swtor and Steam Acc linked.
I have send an email with the needed Screenshots to the Support but got no answer.

My Swtor username is noobmareLE

To fix the account for future purchases.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same email as on your swtor account 

use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

when i checked Support said they cant see an email from the email address you have used on the swtor account , try resending first up (from the swtor email you have attached to the swtor account) , let me know when sent and i can check if it arrives ok

Game time has been added 

if not done so yet you will need to cancel the steam subscription on your steam account , it can be repurchased on steam when the gametime ends
