Hey there!
I was already here once with the subscription problem and you thankfully helped me get it sorted.
I thought if I let my steam subscription automatically renew, the subscription in SWTOR would automatically renew as well, which wasn't the case.
I've emailed SWTOR support with the needed screenshots.
For the next time, I just need to cancel my subscription on steam as soon as my gametime has been added and then resubscribe on the SWTOR homepage with incognito mode, when my subscribtion gametime has run out, right?

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona abclr68m6q1ji7 that account uses the same GMail email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.

Hey,
My Steam subscribe don't work. I sent my problem to swtor support with purchase screenshots.
My origin account is dormant.
SWTOR ID: Suchon
EA ID: Addik23
Can I do something now with that problem without calling to EA support?

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not Addik23 your posting on now) that EA account uses a different GMail email address to what is used on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know if you get that sorted and can recheck for the gametime

Gametime has been added to your swtor account
if not done so you will need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased when this gametime ends

The same problem. The subscription was purchased via Steam.On January 29, 2023, money was debited from the Steam wallet for 180 days of subscription, but the subscription in the game was not activated. And before that, everything worked fine for more than a year.

Glad to hear gametime has been added

Steam subscription is not working.I added money to my wallet, tried to renew my recurring one month subscription and it says it can't be processed even though I have enough money in my Steam wallet.

Support have your email in the queue for an agent , can only recommend if the steam purchase fails , cancel that subscription , and repurchase on swtor.com or steam when the gametime ends that support adds to the account.

The linked EA account has been disabled and had its data wiped , you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can help you restore this account

I contacted support by phone and I got told that I need to contact swtor support by email to restore my EA account, but in a previous email they told me to contact phone support because by email they cant do that???
I'm honestly getting sick of this. I contacted support a total of 5 times.
I know my old EA account was disabled, so why I don't get any help with it?
Won't be easier to link my swtor account to a new EA account? I think I provided more than enough proofs of my purchase and ownership on email.
