Hello, the swtor store won't let me buy cartel coins and subscribe
it always give errors on both my credit cards
I believe NU2001 is a generic EA payment error code they generally say wait a complete 24 hours then try again and if it persists call them as they can look closer at what is occurring, as it cant be discussed over a public forum.
For swtor it means calling swtor CS as they only handle account stuff by phone.
What is the error ? if it is like a redirection strategy error, then try removing any credit card info from the swtor account and the EA/Origin account associated with that swtor account, then try re-adding teh the payment method to the swtor account again.
